Willow trees seem slender but they are mighty…
frequently withstanding the strong winds we experience
here in Louisiana during the spring months,
and I admire this quality about them.
Rather than breaking under the pressure of the wind,
they bend and mold to the shape of the wind.
Sometimes they bend to incredible shapes.
I think there is a lesson to be learned from the willow trees
to remain flexible under the winds of life.
